Analog Devices EVAL-3CH4CHSOICEBZ is a universal evaluation board designed for triple-and quad-channel iCoupler� standard data isolators in 16-lead SOIC packages. The EVAL-3CH4CHSOICEBZ board assesses the full range of data transfer functions and applies high differential voltages between each side of the iCoupler standard data isolator.The EVAL-3CH4CHSOICEBZ features a JEDEC standard 16-lead SOIC_N and SOIC_W pad layout. The evaluation board ships with the bypass capacitors, power terminals, and header pins installed. Designers can route signals into or out of the board. Signal channel routing supports loopback, signal distribution, and provides positions for loads referenced to the VDD1/VDD2 and GND1/GND2 planes. The evaluation board also offers routing appropriate for the evaluation of supported devices.
